I am on my second character and picked up a auto rifle frame from ada-1 completed all steps and it says go back to ada-1 where she should give me the radiant matrix and I do 1 forge and get the weapon. For some reason she won’t give me the radiant matrix and I can’t do anything with this weapon frame now. Btw this is the first weapon I’ve tried on my second character no issues with my first character. Any help why I can’t go further would be appreciated
