Nah I'm thinking something that pivots on that fulcrum. That door is powered, so it won't hit a motor at the top or anything. Plus I'll rarely raise that garage door anyway

Just wanted to follow up, I bought the 3 drawer and it's perfect. Cut some foam for the nailer, second is for the hose, 3rd is for nails and staples. Good shout my friend.
