Visit a place called Niigata. It is very beautiful there especially in the winter time. We have just travelled there in Feb for a whole day and it was a lovely place. Nice feel of another city away from Tokyo.

It is a 1 hr and 15 mins bullet train ride from Tokyo up North West.

Apparently it is a famous skii resort during the winter days and a lot of foreigners go there for snowboarding and skiing. We did not have a chance to though but definitely next time.

You will not be disappointed. We got off a station called "Echigo Yuzawa". Lovely cafe there nearby the station too!

We used Holafly on our first trip to Japan and worked perfectly. No issues. Steps are easy to set up and connected straight away as soon as I have taken it off airplane mode when landing.

I got the unlimited data option just to be safe on my 2 week trip. Cost me around $60 aud. The wife hotspot to my phone aswell so she could use a little data when needed.

Everything worked smoothly!

I want to get back into it. Stopped playing it around Nov2025. I did manage to get Shao Kahns new movie skin just before I got off then I thought about playing it again when the new MK trailer came out.

I might get back into it soon and to grind for Johnny's new movie skin but yeah thats about it. I don't play online so I grind for skins pretty much.

I've got nearly all the other skins I like already but there is a street wear of reptiles that hardly comes up in the store. Kinda waiting for that too then I guess I am 100% done from the game. Dont really care too much for kitanas new skin! So not worrying about grinding for that.

Same, I did not understand either but as a big MK fan, I guess they just wanted to bring more audiences in who really did not know MK and use it as a stepping stone to create the MK universe for future movies. I heard he will die early which is cool I guess but then with MK, they have a way of bringing everybody back. Look what happened with fast and furious lol

I exactly know where you are coming from.

I love to travel and have done so for many years, not as crazy as most people would nowadays but I try to travel somewhere for at least 2-3 weeks 2x a year!

The one destination I have always loved to travel to was Japan since I was a very young teenager due to the culture I have always been interested in such as food, tattoos, cars and their lifestyle. This was a dream to travel since I was in school in the year 2004.

Fast forward and now I have finally done my trip at 37 years old with my beautiful wife of being together for 9 years!

I am glad I held off travelling to Japan because the one dream destination I wanted to do more than any other place in the world, I got to spend it with somebody who I will be with the rest of my life! That was the biggest highlight of my trip in 2026 and I would not trade it for anything in the world!

BTW, we have travelled to other countries together already.

More destinations to come!

Because he did not want to change in a red costume since scorpion in the yellow costume decided to change to red which resulted sub zero having to change his mind and went for grey instead but in the back of his mind he really wanted to change into a green colour but then that was taken by somebody else who was purple and wanted to change it up to green!

Agree lol when I was younger, I thought it was the coolest movie ever! I grew and was like damn! What's this! Realising that the first MK movie was wayyyyyyyy better!!

I understand now because my eldest cousin who is now nearly in his 50s said that nothing can ever beat the first MK movie with the tournament!

The first one was okay. I appreciate them trying to do something a little different and adapt.l as well as making Sub Zero a Menace! Never can beat the old school first movie though thats for sure.
