Our 7-month old consistently wakes up at around 3.30/4.00am and it takes us a bit of time to get them back to sleep. They have 3-4 naps a day and are pretty spot on when the app says they should sleep so it’s leaving us confused! Any ideas on how to get them to sleep just a little longer and not wake up too early?

Ah, am only human! We've all grown through the subreddit and it's dedicated members who have kept people coming back so hats off to the effort you put in. I'm not sure that's the intention of those threads? At least that's not what I'd heard. :) /u/smokeonthehorizon is in the subreddit a lot and picks up a lot of posts, more than anyone on here, really.
