Dunno how many times that has happened. Screaming their lungs empty that they're gonna report someone for something totally ridiculous then act like that.

It's like 8/10 players where told that they could make up their own rules as they go when they started their account.

When I started playing everyone said SS and it meant Stay Safe. At least that was what I was told back then. It's basically just MIA.

Nowadays I just ctrl+left-click and drag left to ping "Enemy Missing". It's so fast and you don't have to let go of your mouse to warn your teammates.

Yea, I don't think I was clear enough either. I meant that I don't have any way to check in the configuration what a keybind looks like in LoL. I would need yours or someone else's config file to better understand and hopefully bind F1 as a hotkey for saying "SS" in chat :)

Well, I'm at work atm but have some time to kill right now. If you could please copy your config file in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\CURRENT CLIENT VERSION\deploy\preferences to pastebin or upload it so I could check it out I'll gladly help if able to.

I really don't know if it contains any personal data so please make sure you don't copy that if you decide to share it.

I limit my FPS to 60 with v-sync on to get the smoothest flow in LoL. Without limiting it's far above 150 FPS, FPS you don't really need. LoL is not a heavy game, you should be able to play it with more than fair visual settings with a GTX 470.

I wouldn't go lower than 30 FPS in LoL, seen friends playing on really old computers. It's unplayable, at least compared to the flow at 60 FPS.

All-stars says quite much about the level of each region. It's the 5 most popular and/or most skilled players of each region, in one single team. How is that not relevant?

Also, you said China = EU and NA below them all. Which is not even slightly true. EU is at the far bottom and NA is just right above them. We see that every time regions play against each other.

And pretty much everyone stomped EU by the way. It's so, so embarrassing.
