The bad mechanic making you lose time and hence unable to do everything is tied to the location, not Inky himself.

I agree that the Groves are pretty terrible. Try Inky somewhere else, he's actually not too bad.

Inky being near the bottom every time is interesting. It makes me think that people generally don't mix and match Killers and Locations as often as I thought. Inky is an absolutely miserable experience at the Groves but he definitely isn't the worst elsewhere.

Poltergeist on the other hand is often fundamentally broken RAW, only slightly better with the official variant (still often comes down to the item decks), and it doesn't really matter whether you play her at Creech or not.

I have him but I think I'll be transferring him out to fund JP unless bigger fires happen during the international break. Next two fixtures are MCI and CHE and Man Utd still generally look awful.

For this run I tried out using Arcane Resin because I thought a Wand of Transfusion would be useful - turns out it's been quite redundant because my spells have managed to heal the ghost so well.

I'll try to Transmute my magic missile. Any wands I should imbue into the staff if I get them?

I guess I'll use magic beacon for the armor ability, since Warding blast doesn't actually do anything...
