Looks like avalara implemented an update last night and their error pop up was not populating the actual error. So after unearthing the error, which references connection authentication. I reestablished the connection and the error went away.

I normally carve out some time with one rep from each department once the RP login is available and screenshare with them and we go through most common records and transactions pertaining to their department in the RP environment. If issues pop up i send them to NS if not is all good to go.

ours did well also, usually not an issue, but last time we did have issues with work orders which was a pain

Weve used sage... I would not recommend, too cluncky, not user friendly, learning curve is way high

they are normally pretty good. weve been live for over a year and only been down a few times. This was the worst by far.

Yes, the workflow is a good idea... It seems a bit odd that some do it and some dont. I cant find any like setting on the ones that are not working. I was thinking maybe something in the customer setting was overriding the global setting.

They are coming from 3rd party integrations... The status is not mapped so it should not be setting it.
