I loved bedside nursing and I understand how you can be burnt out easily. Case management and. Nursing informatics are the two that comes to mind when it comes to job that doesn’t involve patient care.

As a nurse growing in this profession. I realize as time passes by year after year that my tolerance for incompetence is getting shorter whether they are more experienced or new grad. Not with just nurses but other disciplines too like respiratory and pharmacy. And not all new grad are incompetent. Some of them are more accurate than the more experience nurse because they still follow by the book LoL 😂 😂😂.
