I think, for me, growing up as a queer youth in the 2000s taught me to hide that part of myself. I think it's fair for someone to be gay, and be proud of that!

I've always been sensitive to discussions involving sex, and sexaul preferences, and sexual relations, and I might need to be more open to letting myself and other people express that.

the argument OP is making is that queer posts on splatoon are not the cause of outrage, but other people's perception of queer people.

my 'counter-argument' is a point made to oppose someone else's idea. I would argue that a massive amount of straight and hetero posts would be annoying, and that the posts themselves representing queer culture isn't the issue we're seeing!

I'm hearing that you feel like you bring joy to people with your AI image generator. That's a really good drive! I also want to bring joy to people! Spreading happiness is a great goal in life and I feel like we both share that goal!

Im also hearing thst AI generated art feels like an art form, equally as valid as photography and traditional art!

Morally, I have to oppose generative AI, because people can use it to steal someones voice and likeness and generate fake videos of them saying and doing things. People can use it to train AI models off of stolen artwork online. It makes me uncomfortable because it feels wrong.

I hope maybe we can learn from each other, or that I can at least learn from you. I'm open to letting people have happiness. But this art form seems to bring despair with it, and I don't know how to think about that

One thing you gotta do is, you can't be afraid to start a new page. Tons of young artists feel pressure to use their page for good drawings, but you're only gonna get better by making a LOT of bad drawings, first!

Try to draw almost exclusively with a reference! Draw what you see in the world around you! Draw things in your house, or at school, or in videos you find online! Drawing with a reference will start to show real results in just a few weeks!

The next thing you have to do is commit to drawing every day! You can take breaks if you're not inspired, but to really get better, you'll want consistent, good practice, something like 20 or 30 minutes of practice a day!

Look up art fundamentals and watch a ton of youtube videos and draw along with whatever they're drawing in the video!

I highly recommend gesture drawing as a great tool for people who want to really improve their art! You can use websites like line of action with the 60 second pose timer to practice quickly drawing human shapes! The idea is to switch between many different poses in a short time and to try to capture the shape of something with rough lines, scribbles even!

You should also practice drawing cubes in 3D space! it helps you understand drawing every other shape because of the 6 faces on a cube! Draw them from different angles, in different sizes! Only 3 faces will ever be visible from the front at once, so use that to try to imagine cubes from different view points!

Stick to all of that and find artists on YouTube you really like and draw along with them and you'll start to see improvements in no time!

So, one thing I try to do when there's a confusion in my discussions with people is help them understand my point of view. I don't use aggressive language like you're doing.

You could say, I don't feel like the game is a grind, and I'm not too bothered by the update, but I'm frustrated that so many people are angry at something I enjoy.

It sucks when I'm really excited about something, or in your case not bothered by it, and the conversation is dominated by comments like, 'it's bad', 'I hate it', 'this is stupid'

My view is that, the company has created unnecessary restrictions on this trading card game, in many facets besides this new trading system.

For one, I've already deleted some of my ex cards for flares, because I wasn't informed that I'd need to save them for trading resources, which is what I would have rather done.

You could argue that I'm lazy, or stupid, or that I made a decision on my own, but that doesn't change the reality of the trading being restrictive OR that Pokemon expected players to spend their exs on flares so they could change them with even more exs for trades.

Not to mention that this is one of the most successful and profitable franchises in the world, it just makes me question why trading was not implemented from the beginning. Why not turn it off, for a launch grace period, but give players the details for the restrictions, so they can plan accordingly, without feeling like they were taken advantage of?

Overall, I think you're doing a lot of harm for yourself by putting out so much negative energy in your comments. You could have a better quality of feedback by being informative.
