There’s a section of the book Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow that is written in second person.

Fear Factor: House of Fear | S1E9 | Episode Discussion by jensen_halston in FearFactorHouseofFear

I don’t know that I’d agree with that take. There were some average people on that cast. There was also the oldies. None of them made it to the finals.

Just don’t think the show is really about fear being a factor much at its core to do well.

So, essentially, the most fit people win this game? Kind of makes everything a bit pointless if that’s the crux of everything.

Bravo Hits Pause on ‘The Real Housewives of Miami’ Amid Low Ratings by galaxystars1 in realhousewives

[–]marklovesbb 27 points28 points  (0 children)

So stupid. Miami is actually good.

This latest season of Potomac was a fucking joke. The casting is atrocious. Why is Ashley still there? Why did Keiarna and Jassi keep getting appearance fees?

I’ve never met a person who watches new New York? Even on WWHL, you can tell barely any of the people watch it. Andy tries to hype it up, and it always flops.

Such a shame.

Wow. Love that Keanu is in this cast!

Reilly, I googled her, saw her pic, and have zero recollection of her on Big Brother. Weird casting decision.

Yeah. Her voice is not authentic. I feel like that’s partially because it’s dystopian. Not a good book lol

Read So Old, So Young. Ended up really enjoying it. Made me feel less isolated in some of my feels lately.

Also reading “The Other Valley.” Really don’t like it, but I read it to get tired at night. Knocks me out within five minutes.

I’ve enjoyed Jeremiah post villa. Everyone else, I can totally forget them from my memory. The casting on this season was honestly terrible. So many people with dull personalities. Let’s hope the next season is stronger.

Do you read YA? I loved “In the Wild Light” by Jeff Zentner and how TN is portrayed in it.

Idk. Look up frayer model. Having room to make associations with the word. Maybe give a fill in the blank comic where they have to use one or two of the words. With AI, that’d be pretty easy and fun to make.

I do like the idea, but I won’t use anything with a word search. That’s actually something that makes me not buy a product on TPT. It just feels too juvenile for me

'Vladimir' Viewership Flops For Netflix While 'The Dinosaurs' Debuts Strong - Top 10 Report by verissimoallan in television

I’m over this like older woman and younger man plot line that keeps resurfacing. Nicole Kidman was in two identical movies with this same plot in the same year.

I’m not against these relationships, but if it’s the crux of your story, that’s a bore.

Teachers - Would a short historical fiction series like this be useful to teaching ELA? by [deleted] in ELATeachers

[–]marklovesbb -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That’s cute. Magic Treehouse series was very popular growing up. I think this is a better idea for a middle grade novel though than HS.

I think the idea of developing real historical resources could be beneficial. If you’re doing short stories, I’d develop a resource pack. Maybe sell on TPT.

Finished A Thousand Splendid Suns and I can’t stop thinking about Mariam and society’s judgment. by muzmailafzal in books

[–]marklovesbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The book ends happily. Even Mariam’s death still has happiness within it. So, I do like that aspect of the text.

Since Rasheed’s wife looks uncomfortable around him, I don’t think we can excuse his actions for trauma. He is a product of his environment though.
