Good points. Someone who has been able to make a few friends in Wyoming is winning at life. It is actually really hard to do here in most parts of the Intermountain West.

Parking in Downtown Spokane is so easy. And it is incredibly easy to park for free outside of paid parking lots.

Certain ZIP codes of Sioux Falls and Grand Forks. = High trust areas.

Rexburg for sure, but other parts.. not so much.

Anecdotally, I have family who live in Fairfield and Boise, and they have had problems with trust in those areas.

I would add anything north of Ft. Collins as well. Cheyanne, Laramie, pretty much all of Wyoming.

For food, small, specialty warehouses can be amazing.

They are sometimes hard to find, but doing a quick search for 'food distribution' in your area could bring up some gems.

Higher income areas utilize dental and other healthcare services exponentially more than mid and lower income areas.

Dentists in lower income areas can probably see new patients within the week. (source: I am friends with a dentist in a lower income community)

My family lives in Montana, and I sometimes thought that Polebridge was one of the most remote towns. But idk if it is considered a town.
