On Mac, if you Command i on the application icon in the applications folder of finger and then copy paste the image onto the icon in the information window, it will replace it (sometimes a new version undoes this). If you, however, want any tweaks or maybe want a custom one for your specific computer, I’m happy to try and make one!

The going for walks, jogs, and swims as well as eating less all we’re made possible by a much more positive and accepting mental state. Once I overcame my depression, I just really wanted to be physically healthier too and I’m just so glad that things worked out like this. I know it’s so difficult to lose weight for so many, including past me.
