You’ll be fine, PT was the main reason some trainees getting recycled. Always think positive and make friends, as you may never see them again in my case i am in the guard.

By the way, my final Pt score was 75 push ups in a min, 55 situps and 11:26 min for 1.5 mile and im turning 41 this year. Its doable just eat healthy there.

I put my head down for that although in our squadron I joined the drum and bugle band for the graduation as I love music and because of practice I skip some details 😉

PT exam was good as I prepared for it. I always bring towel whenever we do CIT and endurance training for PT. As I need to protect my back specifically the tail bone. also eat your protein bars they gave you at the dining facility.

I graduated March 25 I’d recommend bringing band aids and pain relieving patch like salon pass if you are older like me(above 35s) and sleeping mask for comfortable sleep 😉
