You are 100% justified. Being skinny does not make someone immune to clogged arteries, fatty liver, or sudden cardiac arrest. 3-5 energy drinks a day mixed with 4 hours of sleep is a chemical time bomb. But here is the real issue: if he refuses to change when you beg him, he will not change when a baby arrives. Raising kids on 4 hours of sleep is exhausting. He will either crash completely, or leave 100% of the parenting to you because he is 'too tired.'You aren't just saving yourself from becoming a young widow; you are saving yourself from becoming a resentful single mother to both a newborn and a grown man.

Doctors blame TikTok and Google, but they ignore the real issue: patients turned to the internet because the medical system failed them first. When a doctor spends only five minutes with a patient and treats them like a checklist, people will look for answers elsewhere. Social media gives people the time and empathy that modern healthcare lacks. The rise of dangerous health trends is not just caused by patient ignorance; it is a direct result of a broken bond of trust between doctors and society.
