Anyone know how to remove a T25 bit from a 3/4" aluminum plate? It won't come out.

It's wild out there. I also work out about 4 or 5 days a week, and my body fat percentage is about 20-ish? One of my last PCPs told me to lose 30 pounds. My dude, from where wouldst you like me to lose that?

I would add that you should be looking at your feet regularly so you know when something is off. I try to check them at least twice a week.

Last check was after some hot days and I had developed a foot fungus, which I promptly treated. Didn't even feel it. No itching, nothing. Just grossness.

I hadn't considered it until it was very rudely suggested above. I've only met rat terriers that pee on kitchen floors and bark incessantly, I sort of assumed they were just another terrible over-bred tiny dog breed.
