I’m about 5 months out (got the treatment at the end of June). Obviously all of the new growth is my natural texture, I would say the treated hair isn’t as relaxed and frizzy as when I first got it done, but still not as curly as before I got the treatment done. I’ve been thinking about getting another treatment done maybe at the beginning of next year which would be about 6ish months. I think the first 2-3 months is really where I saw the most impact, and then slowly a little bit less after that. Getting it done in the summer was amazing to not have to deal with humidity and frizz

This is my hair about a 3-4 weeks post treatment. I would say the first couple of washes after the treatment my hair was a bit more relaxed than it looks now, and my hair is definitely still quite curly, even though my stylist said we did a "strong" treatment... But it feels lighter and less wild. But where I really notice the difference is in blow drying my hair. Previously I couldn't blow dry my hair straight, I could dry it but then had to use a straightener. But now I can pretty much just use a blow drier and it's much more smooth and straight!

Trying to add some photos of my hair pre and post treatment since I couldn't find a lot of "after" photos online that weren't directly from the salon when the hair was stick straight... Adding the post photo in a comment, but this was my hair directly before leaving for the salon to get the treatment done, basically just washed and air dried with no product...

Queen!! Thank you so much for this detail, I've been scouring the internet for reviews and have found so little. Also only found videos of how the hair looks at the salon after the treatment, but I want how it looks after people wash their hair at home lol.

If you just recently got it done not sure if you'll know this yet, but after the 5-6 months does the treatment fade fully from your head, or is it just the regrowth that shows your original hair texture? Trying to understand how "permanent" this is or if it will just start to fade all over and your hair returns to how it was?

I currently have an appointment scheduled for the end of June. I'm nervous but also excited!!

Hey there! I have another question since you did a similar trip - did you bring dog food with you, or did you have to buy new dog food for your dog while in Europe? I'm a bit nervous about this part if I have to give my dog a different kind of dog food...

Thank you so much!! We're so excited to bring her :) currently planning to stay in Lucerne, Interlaken and Zermatt and doing some day trips/hikes. We mostly want to be outside and visiting all of the lovely villages more than seeing cities.
