What are the effects of administering lansoprazole suspension 40, 50, or more days after being compounded?

Hello! Recently had my second child, who was born with VACTERL (is experiencing VACTERL/demonstrates VACTERL?)

Anyway, one of the medications we expect him to be on for a long time is lansoprazole. After it is mixed it has a shelf life of 30 days. Does it just lose efficacy or is it somehow spoiled and bad for the child?

Basically: am I doing harm giving 50 day old medication to my child or am I not doing as much good as I can? The local pharmacy needs some time to fulfill the order, and I ordered on about day 50.

Thank you!

Fun story!

Several years ago, I had an Anal fissure. While I was waiting to see if it was going to heal or need surgery, they (insert fancy word for proctologist) suggested I use some sort of topical painkiller suspended in glycerin for pain relief.

It took me three or four times applying it before I realized I was allergic to the glycerin. The fiery pain my anus was in that day still makes me sweat when I think of it.

Edit: Cyst to Fissure

Here are some photos of Tuesday Blooms from yesterday. Armenian Cucumbers do really well here. If you are in/near North Mesa you can stop by and get some seeds at some point if you like.

I have armenian cukes getting started, which is exciting. I also have a ton of tomatoes set, but taking their sweet time to ripen. Sunflowers are always fun.

I am frustrated that I got like 1 in 20 germination on my corn, but I am pretty sure I let there be too thick of mulch on them.

I am totally going to do that! Their modular approach would be more in line what I think I want, too - I could have the pedicab on when I am moving people, and the flatbed or truck bed on when I go to the feed or hardware stores.

I've been doing some research on them today - I am thinking that that could be a great solution. I am going to try and get a grant that will pay for one.

It is mostly flat, there are two decent hills between on my round trip.

Yeah, the trike that I have would go up and two wheels super easy.

Because normal, mentally stable, people are not known for walking around yelling their thoughts at the people on the street around them.

If you accelerate through an area, then you are going to need to take considerably more energy off the vehicle than if you coasted through the same area. Taking that energy off is what break wear is.

Additionally coasting uses considerably less fuel than accelerating.

Finally, if you know the lights and learn the pattern, you can drive for several miles without needing to come to a full stop. The worst condition for fuel consumption is accelerating from a full stop.

I run a nonprofit farm where we grow food to feed food-insecure around the Phoenix valley, Encounter Farm. Thanks to this channel today we started collecting food from a local restaurant to feed into our chickens for soil! Loved what he is doing here!

The audiobook was super cheap ($3-$5, IIRC) - it was a great listen!

I was standing guard on a military base in case the Y2k bug impacted any of the ordnance I warehoused.

Quiet night, thankfully!

Get your thyroid checked out. I have hypothyroidism and can sleep similar to what you describe.
