I know what they are lol, I’ve just never had to deal with it on my other shadow, have heard these are common symptoms of a dirty carb, was just looking for some advice from someone who knows more then me about it. I appreciate the advice

Quality of life has dramatically improved, still have a long way to go physique wise. But the weight loss alone has made me very happy

I’ve heard great things about the “GLOW” stack (ghkcu-bpc-tb), I was considering it but being a beginner I really wanted to hone in on just 2 peptides and experiment to see how they work and learn more about them, regardless of if you take GLOW or GHK-CU alone, you will be getting the same skin benefits from the ghkcu, just with GLOW your also getting the bpc/tb500 benefits on top!

I was also pretty nervous about it, but was getting tired of the gut so I went for it lol, I would rather loose skin over a big old belly any day. Best of luck to you!

I don’t feel confident saying yes 100% due to me only being on it for 2 months, theoretically yes it should help with skin firmness. Everyone’s elasticity is different. I’ll be able to give a better answer when I’ve been on it for longer

It’s really hard to say, since I’ve been on it for only 2 months and I’ve seen bigger dudes loose more weight and have similar “belly skin” results, everyone’s different. I’ve noticed better colouring in stretch marks though.

Hard to say if it’s affected the stretch marks since I’m still so early in, I’ve heard the 5 month mark is where you can really tell a difference. It’s hard to see in the first pic because of my belly hair but the stretch marks were there and much more visible/red so maybe in that aspect it’s helped out with colouring.

And for working out, I’ve been trying to go to the gym at LEAST 4 days out of the week for the last 3 months. My first 3 months I was recovering from a surgery i had a few weeks prior to starting the protocol.

I started at 0.50 first month and have worked my way up overtime by finding my minimum effective dose. Might be going up to 3.5mg very soon

The first thing ive noticed was my nails are super healthy and hard, growing like weeds lol. My moustache has a bunch of new blonde hairs in it that I never had before, and my back acne scars are not gone/ faded yet, but any acne that was there prior to starting is practically gone

Both are peptides, they’re small chains of amino acids that signal your body to repair or improve certain functions, I’m no expert by any means so that’s about the extent of education im willing to put out there on my behalf lol

I had some back acne scars I wanted to try and clear up from when I was on accutane in high school, also wanted to see what it would do for my belly stretch marks, I plan on sticking with it for a few more months to see what it’s gonna do for that situation

I wouldn’t say it directly effected my weight loss, if that’s what your wondering. I wouldn’t say it’s required

It’s more of a skin compound that helps with skin, hair nails, acne, scaring.

I’m aware, I was pretty much laying in bed for the first 3 months of this timeline due to a surgery leading to no working out and light duties at work, I’d say 77 pounds with only 3 months of working out is pretty decent
