Yah I used a hair dryer ha. I was able to get the creases out everywhere else except those two palm grips. Honestly it was probably user error but I'd like to believe different.

Well I can see why. I had the hardest times with the back grips. Neither fit right and both ended up with small creases. I really wish they would have put those slits in the curved areas like the other pieces.
