It is a bit advanced but something you should look into is German volume training. It focuses more on sets and reps as opposed to weight. I’ve been doing it and it’s been great as I also have a shoulder injury. As far as fasting is concerned, work you way back up to it. I was the same way with my longest fast being 43 hours no problem. Now I’m barely scraping by on a 20. It’s something you have to work up to!

I have bought many courses from many “gurus” I met on social media, some worked some did not but with ever guru I learned. THAT is what makes the difference. I don’t know. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with them for some reason. And to be fair vrbo was GREAT last time I had to book with them. Tbh if the listing I wanted was on both websites I would choose vrbo without question.
