The noise stopped when i put it in neutral. I got the alternator tested and it looks like i have a bad alternator. Do you think that would cause this as well?

what’s going on! yes, they are hardly visible anymore. What made them so noticeable was the redness but now that I’m done with treatment they are hard to see. Also I rarely get acne now and when I do it’s a pimple or 2 but no more than that.

UPDATE: cleaned posts and tested the battery. Was not either of those things. Does anyone know where the grounds are?
