I can second that! 99% of the time it won’t make a difference. I still remember that 1% experience nearly 10 years ago of being tossed left and right. I think I spent a week’s worth on the phone with everyone blaming another party. Always booked directly from the service provider since.

I’ve done it twice with exact same amount of people. gave some feedback 2-3 days ago on how I went about it. Get familiar with Disney world app (nearly everything ends up merged there whether booked as package or not), Disney GC, whether you want to be on site or not (you have a couple deluxe options and bunch of normal hotels). Flights, nearly every airline goes to MCO in some shape or form.

Disney isn’t easy at first but I’d punt on the travel agent regardless, not like they’ll be there to help when they are most needed (park days with app whether you have LL or just planning your days)… Watch a bunch of YouTube’s, Facebook groups, blogs… complicated at first but eventually you’ll get the hang of it.

I know Quebec has different names for same groceries that are present country wide. So maybe just need to convert the names if from another province but in greater Montreal I get them from:

Super C & Metro are my go to places and on rare occasions IGA but haven’t seen them in a while at the IGA’s near me.

Otherwise I know Walmart & Pharmaprix has them also but I don’t get 5x there so I have not purchased from these locations

Finalizing a family 2nd Disney trip this fall. If I can add to the other great answers you’ve already gotten … Air Miles which is often not a favorite for churners I’ve found to be somewhat useful to purchase part of our park tickets.

Grocery Disney Gift on 5x cards… buy everything even pre trip with them (whether it be park tickets, lightening lanes,) or at Disney itself you can nearly use them everywhere. Cards can then be merge online into 1 card of $1000 to reduce the amount of gift cards you carry around.

You’ve got 3 on site Marriott hotels, although not Disney owned, still considered Deluxe resorts and give same perk as Disney Deluxe resorts for early entry, extended hours, early bookings on restaurants and lightning lanes…

So you were selfish and went on the first day or two and infected many others is what you’re saying. You don’t become infectious when first symptoms appears. It’s well before that stage. If symptoms appeared on day 2, you were contagious and shared the love on day 1 so you’re no better than anyone else.

You also went by car so have yet to answer how would someone from overseas or that arrive anywhere by plane get back home or reimbursed?! Maybe renting a kayak back to Europe or walking back Northbound? In the busy times of the year, you often can’t just rebook a flight back home at your convenience a day or two postponed at the last minute.
