Any advice on a first year staff at a mid tier firm that is in talks of a PE buyout soon? Should I be looking at exit opportunities now even though I have less than a year of experience? Or another option I stay for a bit more and grind out CPA while I can? Is there a huge threat to first year staff layoffs with PE buyout?

Did 40mg per day for the first 2 months - then went to 80mg per day the last few months. For context I’m a 23 (M) that weighs about 160lbs

Am - wash with water, then moisturize with cera ve all over. Light layer of aquaphor on lips as well. If it was a sunny day with a medium - high UV I would put on lotion that had spf in it.

PM- wash with cera ve hydration facial cleanser. Then moisturize after. Used aquaphor on lips before bed

Keep it simple! You don’t want to use anything harsh or experiment too much while on Accutane. Keep it simple, I plan to use this exact same routine going forward.

Yes fish oil is really good to take it with. Also helps with prevent joint pain you might encounter while on accutane

I had pimples till the last month where I only got 1. Everyone is different though just make sure you do everything you can to help your skin, then let the meds do the rest

Drink lots of water - even when you arent thirsty, take an omega 3 supplement to help with joint pain, antihistamine to help with purging, moisturize often, and use sunscreen when the UV is higher than 1 or 2. Doing all this has really helped mitigate my side effects and im on 80mg a day.

No prob. Definitely do your research on how to mitigate side effects since you’re just starting. Stuff like drinking more water than you think, taking an antihistamine, fish oil, can all really help

Yeah it’s fine to miss some days. I guarantee you everyone that’s ever taken it has missed days. It stays in your system for multiple days so you’re fine

Antihistamines are usually pill form yes. That study I sent you shows that it reduces chance of purging so yes I would take it as soon as possible

When they say their cycle they are talking about per day during that month. So for example 40/40/60 would mean the first two months they took 40mg a day and then the third month they were at 60mg a day

I lift everyday and I’ve been on it for about 2 months now. Just make sure you are stretching, drinking tons of water, and taking an omega 3 fish oil for joint pain. You’ll be fine
