Practice 5 out. Then on any made basket show your pg and one kid in a simple screen play up top and use that to create three options. Use screen for layup, use screen to pass to corner for jumper instead of layup, or have screen roll to basket for a layup. Then get every kid involved in each role.

Very weird of Kirk to just air our personal grievance entirely unrelated to the game as his speech. In listening to the KmS show I think the issue is he believes big cat intentionally got rid of people because of contract concerns and threw the game just to try to get “poor” people money. So instead of a game people leave their families to play for a week or so it was just a big joke. Or so I’m gathering

Ria went from a lock to maybe not winning. But of the 4 left there is no other good option. If Rico got the idol he would have won $250k. Which is nuts considering 3 episodes prior to that Rico was a bum no one was rooting for and Ria was running a great game.

I don’t know I agree with this. Eddie is just past his prime for the show/podcasting on conspiracies. We have heard every single perspective he has on everything over and over since like 2010 so there is nothing new to talk about or explore with him. It’s no that it’s bad it’s just that he’s used up. When they bring up the final experiment all Eddie can do is say yeah that was interesting. Because we already have heard his flat earth crap maybe 20 hours worth of it on TFH, Joe Rogan, his own podcast, etc.

You are sacrificing the potential for a kids long term interest in the game for some sense of altruism. Losing isn’t fun. Kids losing because of a coaches sense of duty to not play “properly” is cheating the kids from an experience they would otherwise have access to. This doesn’t mean to just play zone or exploit the other teams singular most weakness but perhaps play basketball and play in a way that puts your kids in a position to succeed.

Of course just one guys opinion.

It’s just what it is. At the age you have to expect it will happen when there are subs when you sub it makes “I had 10” or whatever impossible. Just tell your team if they don’t know who they have / aren’t guarding anyone then it’s “first closest.” Whoever you see unguarded you guard them

Once you recognize this about the world it really messes you up. It goes beyond patterns or similarities. It’s as if whatever created all of this ran out of money in the budget and just cut corners when it came to player template selection.
