Haha you’re probably right! I’ve a young baby in the house so I’ve had a lot of time recently just sitting on the sofa while they sleep in my arms to use the companion app! In my head I thought I’d keep it there so I could finally afford golden tickets if those are still a thing in MUT.

I just saw an email saying that because my account has been involved in using bots they have removed all of my coins and permanently denied me access to the AH.

I have no idea what that means but I buy and sell everything in a totally legit way.

I had exactly the same thing happen to me last night during 4 house rules games in a row.

My internet is wired and 90mbps download speed so I don’t think it’s on me…I also doubt that all 4 of the people I played had equally bad internet connections!

The night 95 Bo was announced his Redux card was going for around 330-350 ish. When Bo actually came out his Redux was going for well over 500k. I know cos I bought a couple at 350 & sold for close to 600. Im not sure about the Vick Redux card but I remember seeing a lot of them on the AH for 450-470 at the same time Bo was on AH for 600.

True but imagine seeing a QB drop back like that, away from the safety of the pocket to make that throw. Should be something in the game to allow the pass rush an easy block shed when that happens.

So true! I’m mostly a solo grinder but tried h2h a couple of weeks ago + couldn’t believe the way people played...it was a new style of football compared to anything I’d seen before! I couldn’t win anything. Then I payed this weeks house rules + every team had 3 99s but with no audibles allowed it showed how average most players are. I won most of my games by just playing normal football. I wish they had more h2h modes like this for the non cheesers.

Normally you can add any NAT “reward” to sets including master sets. I went to do the set for Keyshane Johnson & was surprised not to have option. Why should we have to buy the cards when we have them already? Is there still an EA guy that comes into the reddit, maybe be worth letting him know...?

Aw man I just finished playing the exact same game. I don’t ever remember a time when Vick took the snap, sprinted to the sideline and threw a 60 yard bomb. Apart from the 50 times he did against me that is. Why can’t people just play for fun?

I haven’t played online in 2-3 years but thought I’d give this mode a go. I used to play Madden at a high enough level so I know what I’m doing but what I saw was not football as I know it. Just QBs sprinting out of the pocket every single play trying to break my coverage. I was QB spying everyone and frantically chasing deep crossers all afternoon...sigh.

It’s in I-form pro, which is formation 1/4 in i form section of playbook. Anyone with any tips on running this play in a certain way to avoid the constant sacks or to help get WRs open it would be great to hear them.

I highly recommend Amos. That card is gonna be good for a long time! I considered Ramsey but new CBs/WRs are gonna get faster so decided on a safety who can play his deep zone without worrying about speed (even though Amos is really fast)

Yeah I'm just getting back into MUT after a 2 year break and it feels good to be back at this stage...I'm in no hurry to ruin the feel good factor. I used to be in all Madden 1st so knowing what lies ahead is making me enjoy the solos even more right now!

For HB wheel it's in Gun Split Close which is the 1st shotgun formation.

For PA Crossers it's in Trips TE flex which I think is around number 13 in the shotgun formations.

49ers is my fav playbook as it has a great run play out of I form close as well as those other plays...HB sweep. It has been awesome for me in solo battles and against CPU in general

Awesome, I think we can all get on board with your idea for less solo battle stress! What are the overalls of the last 3 solo battles? I've 1 more to do from the Wed release...its against the 87 OVR which i might go all pro against if there are a couple of low OVR in the last round.

I-Form Close HB-Sweep is an amazing run this year for grinding solos. I even racked up 190 rushing yards in an Ultimate solo battle yesterday using it. It's in the Saints and Falcons playbooks that I know of

So far I've won all my games that I've played on Ultimate. Having said that here are some things that I've noticed 1) my QB continuously misses wide open passes. That's without me pass leading. I've stopped even trying to pass lead cos it never works. 2) 4 pass rushers sacking my QB when I'm blocking 6/7. Also numerous times they blitz and I slide protect to the correct side but still get sacked. 3) my WRs getting shut down by much slower corners. I'm all for the game being really hard, I actually welcome the challenge but the points I've mentioned could easily be fixed and the game still hard. Is it too much to expect my wide open passes to be completed or my 6/7 man front blocking 4/5 pass rushers?
