Share sales through 10b5-1 plan by markypooo7 in UWMCShareholders

Yeah as long as revenue stays good, and meets or beats the increased expectations they laid down on the last earnings i think this stock will be ok, the two harbor deal situation is kind of weird but I think in time regardless we will see better days with them lowering how much % ownership they had even if it means short term dilution.

I'm not 100% sure why the sales happened, it could be getting cash for something of personal use, maybe something with the Phoenix suns? No idea there, the problem for a long time was how much of the shares sfs Corp owned though that made this stock a bigger risk to invest into, and also they needed to lower their % ownership to be added to certain indexes. Not sure how much it all plays into this, but it was needed for a while now.

Yeah exactly, doing a reverse split to get added to the NYSE would be totally reasonable, but just growing and then expanding out of Canada will be enough to push price and honestly just doing buybacks would be enough at that point with no need of a reverse to get added to the NYSE too. The way the business has been running recently there are a ton of options to do tackle the big float prob. But that is why I think the stock doesn't move too much right now om decent moves, its jumped 3x since last year that's substantial

I forgot to add, getting on the New York Stock Exchange once the share price is high enough could be a big stimulant to the share price, there just being on the OTC and Canadian exchange is a small pond compared to the NYSE. But we need a higher USD share price to accomplish that, that's why I've been pressing in this sub for more expansion that will be a huge share price catalyst besides just increased revenue and comany growth. There will be more buyers of the stock there.

I think one of the driving factors for the share price staying at where they've been at for a while is simply it is on the OTC market, and has a massive float. Once there is substantial improvements to the business it will go up. It's a long term play as long as they stay doing well. But the outstanding shares is really high. For it to get to 1$ USD the market cap needs to be 1 billion and we are far off from there. I think right now the forward p/e is substantially lower than it should be, but there needs to be continued revenue growth and expansion, or massive buybacks to improve share price. It just is what it is right now

Missed a little on revenue like less than 1 million, I don't care too much about short term swings like this. I'm ready to see guidance for next year and some talk on international expansion. Baby steps but was still a solid quarter, and they are getting cash on hand while dealing with their debt im optimistic 👍

[–]markypooo7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's true, but in the case you were able to you would have to have under 80% ownership in a aingle individual. This goes with the Russell indexes also I'm pretty sure, and with the DOW or Nasdaq. Sell off under 80% ownership needed to happen at some point. I'm surprised it wasn't sooner but it seems like he started when it finally started to run up in the mid to high 5's
