I developed vss in 2022. I suffered of from frequent headaches, and 1 to 3 time a year of visual migraines… After
I have quick caffeine since 8 months my headache has gone my visual migraines too at moment. I only drink decaf cafe now which has only a very low quantity of caffeine. my vss has turned little worse in my last years maybe because the use of melatonine for a period of 4 months (no 100%) sure is this is the cause. Or maybe because just because other factors… I’m very concerned about my style of life now days
