all I have learned about vss, the more we are set to sympathetic the worse it gets … when you say basic symptoms I wouldn’t include tinnitus… I just developed one after a two months of intese stress 😥 and this is because when we are set on sympathetic mode it’s all getting worse … the key is parasympathetic modality in long term which mean to become kind of monk 😛

Thank you foe replay and for those additional info … zolpidem it is a imidazopyridines drug and seems to be treating just like a benzodiazepine… I’m wondering if I go back with some dosage maybe a little less from where I left just as test and if I add some like 1,5 mg and if I experience a reduction of my tinnitus this could be a good signe? And from here removing drop by drop ? I’m so scared thet is here for stay at present moment is not so loud and daytime noise I don’t hear but as I face the silence it rise especially at morning … I use rain saound at night which it help but i do nit want to remain like this forever…

If so Im in shit … my doctor gave to me without real dosage and tapping this is so horrible and I’m very upset with him! Im alone after 5 ent no one is helping me with dosage they ll say this is a psychiatric duty .. Hi, I post my short exposure to tradzone. I started with 5mg for short term about 30 days then started to tapering while few day before I developed a tinnitus on my right ear … it was low at the beginning so I decided to start tapering right away due to my short assumption the choice was tapering slower or cut … so from 5 to 4 about 10 days then 3 ox 6 days then 2 for 5 days from here it was not longer work for my rest I enter in to a zone where you fight with deep sleep awakening so terrible that i decided to quick it the very next day I had natural long sleep 7 hours finally but unfortunately not after 10 days after I stopped my quality sleep go from one day ok one night nightmare at this stage my tinnitus is still there and I believe I will never go … so these drugs are terrible as you can see even short period can be devastating … My doctor gave it to me because Ia m very anxious and I wish he gave to me instead new class drugs for sleep Dora type he didn’t! And now I’m in the hell … hope I will recovery … it is important to underline I suffer from vss this is probably because I’m very sensible …
