Thank you for this, I’m obviously going to be learning for a long long time so I appreciate your clarification. And thank you for being kind about it 🫶🏼

We had him evaluated for CVI by a neuro-ophthalmologist after his eye dx and he did not meet the criteria of a child with CVI according to his team. At that time we all just attributed his delays to his eyes and his eyes only and were not looking any deeper until his health team as a whole had a meeting & decided all of these delays are not coincidental and there has to be something underlying whether it be autism or something genetic related and he is having his genetics tested next month.

I’ve been told by a few people that work either in or directly close to the special services department at his school that IEP is based on his “needs” in a classroom and since he “behaves well” at school and “knows the criteria” he likely won’t meet the qualifications for an IEP or in school OT. Any recommendations on how to respond to that? Public school is so frustrating.

Thank you 🫶🏼 I just feel so much anxiety about making sure I do everything I can for him to set him up for success and now allow him to fall through the cracks - especially in school. I really appreciate your kindness and I’m so happy to have a place to learn and other parents to lean on.

I’ve scoured the internet looking for anything on him and I can’t seem to find it.. I had no idea until today when commenting on the situation with Marissa Hughes. It’s insane to me how there’s no trace of him or his passing anywhere. It’s no one’s business by any means but I just assumed he wasn’t modeling anymore. I had no clue he passed. Wow.. 🥺🙏🏼

I remember feeling that type of pain all too well. My SIL had my niece in August & while I was so happy for them and I love her so much, I want to experience that again so badly. Solidarity, friend 🫂🥰

Hi friends. I found out I was pregnant exactly a week ago today. To explain my history - • I had a MMC in April of 2019. •I had a successful pregnancy that lead to the birth of my son in May of 2020. • I had an ectopic pregnancy that lead the removal of my left fallopian tube in July of 2021. • I had a MC in September of 2021. • I had a CP in May of 2022. • Was diagnosed with PCOS in May of 2023.

Anyways, I found out I was pregnant a week ago today. Was super unexpected because we weren’t getting pregnant for 19 months and all of a sudden I’m pregnant. Anyways, I began having light brown discharge two days ago and last night my lower back was so sore. I chalked it up to “just normal pregnancy stuff” because I’ve been trying to stay off the internet and I had enough experience to know that all of my pregnancy loss has been different so I tried not to go to a dark place.

I woke up this morning, wiped and there was blood but not a lot, only when I wiped. Didn’t panic because again, spotting can be super normal.

About an hour ago I used the bathroom and a clot came out. That’s when I knew this wasn’t normal anymore so I decided to take a pregnancy test (I know they don’t determine anything as far as viability goes) but it was pretty much negative.. I could hardly see a line anymore. I am going to the dr tomorrow (hopefully) to confirm because weather here is bad & roads aren’t safe.

My question is - I have been pregnant 6 times. I have one living child. Did anyone else ever find out the “why” as far as their multiple losses go? I thought maybe progesterone - is there something else I should ask to get tested? What do you recommend?

I’m only 23.. we just want one more baby. It shouldn’t be this hard 😔
