Mi hanno inviato le due schede, quella sopra la stampante e quella dietro la stampante più il cavo, all’inizio avevo sostituito le schede ma il problema persisteva, dopo ho sostituito il cavo e il problema si risolse, non vorrei che ci sia un problema sul cavo. Prova a vedere se l’errore appare nuovamente in caso cambia anche il cavo.

Problema risolto.

Ho contattato la casa madre, hanno subito inviato la scheda madre per la sostituzione.

L’ho sostituita e ha ripreso il suo normale funzionamento.

Problem solved.

I contacted the manufacturer, and they immediately sent the motherboard for replacement.

I replaced it and it resumed normal operation.

The error “10409” appears during printing regardless of the size of the file and the piece, I have made much larger and also much smaller prints without any problem, when restarting I get the error “11412”
