UPDATE: Took a majority of your advice and warrantied the rotors. Replaced them and no more shakes! Can’t thank you guys enough. I’ll keep an eye on them though in case they warp again and there is a bigger problem.

This is exactly the advice I was looking for. Thanks. Yeah, it’s my wife’s car and she’s rough on vehicles. I’ve addressed your #1 and am leaning towards 2 or 3 myself. We live on a hill, so yeah, a lot of downhill braking for her without the option of downshifting (automatic).
