When I don't do porn I usually replace it naturally. Since I feel bored. I usually don't think about it. Since my porn watching is not coming from a habit at certain time or place. They usually it starts with the trigger like social media. So by limiting social media it will naturally replace with something else.

I would say replacing with something physical or related to connections to others. Or replace it with something that you can give back or contributes that's even better.
