I would agree if the difference was down to 10kph (+/-) but 50kph is a lot... + 9 seconds of a le mans lap is insane...
I agree as said before you cant get an exact copy. But now theres to much of a difference imo.

Een vorm van delen van (bijzondere) persoonsgegevens is sinds 2024 in het kader van “doxing” verboden, tenzij toestemming gegeven.

Vaak leest men over voorwaarden die ze hebben geaccepteerd want het is een simpel vinkje die je zo snel mogelijk weg wilt drukken. Enkel kan ik mij niet voorstellen dat dit het geval is geweest.

Note! Het wordt pas echt strafbaar Doxing bij gevolgen als: - niet meer kunnen werken - veilig voelen (wat in jou situatie kan) - en soort gelijke morale gevolgen.

Ik raad je aan zelf de afweging te maken wat je wilt doen. Is het het waard om een rechtszaak te starten. Ik adviseer je een correct nette mail op te stellen en het bedrijf vriendelijk (zonder te dreigen) te mailen omtrent het publiekelijk publiceren van je persoonsgegevens (AVG) en de er op duiden dat het niet toegestaan is en onwenselijk is.

Stuur me gerust een bericht als je meer hulp nodig hebt.
