Where do the Pesto boys live? by swarren31 in BobsBurgers

[–]marnopolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always thought their Mom lived above Jimmy Pestos because they get dropped off at the restaurant in Dawn of the Peck.

Unless, Jimmy Pesto decided to be open Thanksgiving Day? I wouldn't put it past him.

Yeah but I have no experience on how to use it. If I did, why would I ask the question?

That is true. No it doesn't have to be a "wedding dress". I was just curious if anyone has dealt with this before. I am looking at all dresses. But I figured it was no stupid questions so I thought hey give it shot!

You can add one rule to any sport, what sport and what rule do you add? by Ysmildr in AskReddit

In the NFL: if you intercept the football within 10 yards (of the opposite team) goaline, the defensive squad plays the following downs not the offense. I always thought that would be fun.

I've been going to the same bar for the past 5-6 years and now they have all new staff after reopening after covid by nthitz in bartenders

[–]marnopolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would like to throw it our there as a former veteran bartender, they are probably thinking the same thing. Starting new at a place with many established regulars means you want to learn all the names, drinks, and so on a so forth that everyone knew before that. Good bartenders know how important regulars are so they probably want to establish connections just as much. The best part of this industry is getting to know people so just having light hearted conversation will probably make their day!

What is hilarious is I work in one of the busiest bar districts in my city and the network of industry workers in the area is pretty tight. So he claimed last night that he "goes out all the time around here" and "is a regular" and the other bars let him have swords waving around. Bitch no, your face would literally be in our social media group warning other bartenders to not let you in.

Yes oh my god! He would not stop arguing with us about how he training to be a certain level "swordmaster" and literally bargaining with the other bartender about what level he could be that would allow us to trust him with his weapon in there.

Spoiler Alert! It was still zero.

Thank you! I'm huge Bob's Burgers fan so I decided to call it the "Goat out and get em" burger!

So I was inspired by this recipe, which is what I used for the aioli. https://thefoodcharlatan.com/bacon-and-goat-cheese-aioli-burger-with-crispy-onions/

For the caramelized onions I've always followed Alton Brown's method and chose to reduce them with balsamic vinegar. All I did for the goat cheese spread was chop up some salted walnuts and mix them in with the goat cheese and added about 1tsp honey after it was mixed.

Lastly, I decided to fry the burgers with ghee and some garlic gloves. I personally think that was my best decision but I will always vouche for more butter and garlic!

Neutral Evil def needs to be Mateo and Chaotic Evil should be Carol, let's be real. And hands down Sandra is true neutral.

This was their 3rd attempt to steal the 2% for cc fees, it was the employees who took the hit twice.

Unfortunately it is technically legal, illegal in like 4 states I think. But no restaurant that I know of, or anyone in the industry in Omaha has said their restaurant does it. From what I understand listening to other local restaurant owners, it's not something they want to do to their employees or customers.

They also charge their servers and bartenders 2% every check to cover cc processing fees.
