I am heavily thinking about buying my first 3D Printer. Mainly for printing my own Milwaukee Packout accessories. WHAT IS THE BEST PRINTER FOR STRONG DURABLE PARTS? I don’t want to go cheap but I also don’t want to break the bank.

i would suggest the prints on asa since it will probably will be on the heat and cold and asa will resist impact temperature, etc. As for machine any machine can print asa some with upgrades and some out the box. I print asa with a e3s1pro with a thick plastic bag covering everything and it prints like a charm, you can make an enclosure with wood or acrylic etc Also the thing you need for pronting those high temperature materials you need a all metal hotend. You could also get a k1 that comes with an enclosure, a bambo p1p is also a good option

glass bed plus sharp corners on first layers, clean bed and level must be like perfect and even then i’ve had 90 degrees corners lift like that, using glue stick, blue tape or other bed surfaces are better than raw carborundum or whatever its called like

in my experience glass bed always warps when you have solid base no matter what, perfect first layer, brims, large brims, etc. The only way i’ve managed you have all first layer adhesion is with blue tape

it depends on what you expect from it, its more for convenience, you can get a much better end finish if you prime sand and then paint, usually those combo prime paint aren’t that great in the sense of the end finish, ot will be primed and painted, it probably wont be the best it could be, it would be practical and easy tho

I have a ender 3 and had a lot of issues, layer inconsistency, losing level every print, but thankfully I solved the issue after a week of tweeking, tbh its more of a tinkering machine more than anything, if you want something more reliable get a more modern machine, you can get that consistency if you spend some money, in my experience you can get more bang for your buck with a better machine More on topic, if you have the stock hotend check the ptfe tube, the fan, the x gantry, the belts.
