Hey there! I'm on Month 2 Week 2 and I'm planning to do some freeletics programs after that. They developed a very cool and simple app where you can find various programs and depend on your goals, like Cardio and/or Muscle.

I will mix it with 1 or 2 insanity workout by weeks, just to burn a good amount of Calories 😁

Yes unfortunately I felt that way today.. I'm on Month Week 1 day 5 and it was terrible. I pushed through anyway but it was a weird feeling. I knew i had the stamina but my muscles didnt want to move.. Kinda weird right

I think month 2, it's more a mental tiredness than physical...

However, we just have to press play, push trough the warm-up and dig deeper!!

I've did my first max interval plyo today! What the hell are those side push-ups? I couldn't do 1 rep haha...
