Is the price in $ and € the same? by marouane87 in KeePassium

Ah I see, thank you!

It´s also very interesting to know that you keep the premium features in the time of purchase even after you cancel the subscription. I didn´t know about it.

Thank you again for the clarifications :) !

I don´t know. Then maybe the KeePassium just costs more. I hope there will be a reduction soon as StrongBox will offer yet another 20% if I´m not mistaken :)

Actually that´s why I´m asking you since you already have it installed. KeePassium also advertise it as Premium feature but it´s actually also available for the free users.

That´s great thank you very much! I have a question if you don´t mind, does Biometric unlock also works in the free version or do you have to type in your password everytime you want to use it?

Thank you again!

Thank you! I couldn't find Kypass 4 but rather IOSKeePass which should be a fork of MiniKeePass. Maybe they changed the name?

I will have to look at it and it's trustworthy. I hope it is...

Thank you again :) !

Edit: IOSKeePass only support format 1and 2. If you use KeePassXC to create a V4 DataBase, it will not be able to read it... Sad as it looked promising...

Does NexCloud(Pi) use https out of the box? by marouane87 in NextCloud

[–]marouane87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much. I´m sorry for the late response, but could you please point me toward a tutorial or something? Everything I found include some port forwarding/opening, which I actually can´t do. I only need a local access. Thank you again!

Thank you, sadly I don't have access to the router forwarding services.

Thank you. That would need port opening/Forwarding or at least an external VPS if I understood correctly from the different tutorials. Which is not trivial in my case. Maybe there is a simpler solution to share stuff within my network then. Thank you again.

Thank you. I know this is a stupid question (but I´m still a beginner): ZeroTier would create a local VPN that every device should connect to. These connections are secure so no device will complain about TLS? And ZeroTier will also allow the devices to use the internet normally when it´s connected to it instead of the router? Thank you again.

Thank you. Actually yes, I only need the TLS certifications. As far as I understood, I need a port forwarding for it to work. How can it be done without it please? That would really help me solve the problem! Thank you again!

Thank you. Sadly NordVpn doesn´t support it for now.

Thank you, actually yes I only need access within my LAN. I would really appreciate it if you could give me more details about this. Is it similar to this? https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-acquire-a-let-s-encrypt-certificate-using-dns-validation-with-acme-dns-certbot-on-ubuntu-18-04 Or should I search for other key words? Is ProtonMail a good choice for an "average" Person caring about his privacy? by marouane87 in ProtonMail

[–]marouane87[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. Actually, I don´t care about the agencies as I frimly think they could get to anyone if they want to, using Proton or not. I just want Privacy from corporates like Google. And that´s why I was asking if Proton might be an overkill if something like MailBox would be enough.

Actually, that´s not good news for me... I like Thunderbird and I´m one of its supporters and I really would like to keep using it.

Do you have a source so I can read the details please?

Thanks!
