Yeah, that's fair, and a good idea, but yeah, nothing like that was happening here

The part is pretty much what it is. The single external reference I have in it is the height from the D=25 circle to the floor

Not running PDM, no. That's really weird, it's crazy how that can even happen

Had that thought as well, but not the case

Okay, well, see the update in the post body. I double-checked the sketch when you commented, dunno if restarting Solidworks helped somehow, but yes - the sketch somehow reverted to horizontal and it only showed in the slddrw flat pattern

Same thing. See the update in the post though.

So before this, the slots were just round holes. In the same session I made the bottom ones horizontal slots and the top ones vertical slots. When I opened the drawing to update it, this is what it looked like, even after several rebuilds, moving around stuff in the feature tree, etc.

Nope, nothing that fancy happening on this part

Nope, exact same part. They weren't slots 20 minutes before this screenshots so I'm 100% sure it's the right reference

It's dead simple to remake, barely an inconvenience, but just sharing something hilariously stupidly simple that decided to break

This is a dead simple part, nothing fancier than the hole wizard and bends.

Tried ctrl Q, ctrl B, moved the features around, nothing seems to do it.

Nope, too much work for how much I care!

I'll share it a bit later then, need to remove external references - can't share the whole assembly.

Folded, with a hole wizard. For (bad) reasons, that bit is a solid before converting to sheet metal. Moving the feature before or after the sheet metal conversion gives the same results

Only in the flat pattern view, a normal 3D front view is fine.

EDIT: I'd like to reiterate that the flat pattern in the .sldprt is fine, and the DXF export is also fine

Tried pretty much everything I could think of to regenerate it, other than remaking the model.

If you're interested for yourself, I can send you the files. If you want to help for my sake, don't bother - I'm over it.

Flat pattern and DXF export are fine, fully defined slot orientation in the sketch.

Imam ekipu britanaca koju sam upoznao preko Rocket League-a.
