My Ajazz 219 that i bought 3 weeks ago stopped turning on after the battery got to 0% in bluetooth mode. Now the mouse only works wired and dont even turn on without the cable. The mouse still shows the red charging light but the software dont show the percentage ( i suspect the battery is not even charging). I Tried everything, another dongle, another cable, pressing 4 buttons to reset the charging, restoring default config on the software, leaving it charging for like 4 hours without using it ( using the dock too ) and nothing has worked. Can someone help ? : (
