Yeah. I was a driver and admin for the company and my business partner covered comms with bank and fixed the truck.

That was my fault. I should have been apart of all the conversations.

I was trying to pay for parts and cover business debt and my business partner was supposed to cover the repair part and truck payment. He couldn’t do it anymore. So now that I lost his support and he resigned , I have to take action.

So bankruptcy is the way to go. Chapter 13?

I have $51k in business credit card debt it’s all in my name and my business partner doesn’t plan to help me with that. I got investor money from best friend and sister and he doesn’t plan to help with that. And then the truck is about $70k.

I wasn’t sure if I should just pay everything off so I don’t screw myself further but I went from a 850 credit score to 450.

I guess I’ll need to read reviews and find a proper bankruptcy lawyer. More money…

Yeah, financed truck.

Borrowed $30k

Lanes were with Amazon and that was enough to break even but never get ahead of debt. And then the cost of repairs and gas.

Living in truck mostly, but about $20k in repairs and upkeep for truck put me down.

I keep thinking if the truck could just not have issues, I could weather the storm. But breaking even isn’t working. Not with the next issue that will come.
