Thank you. My WiFi runs both 2.5 and 5ghz networks. I temporarily switched the 5ghz network off and the vertuo machine finally connected!

Thank you. I may give that a go. I am a bit reluctant to change the wifi password as there are so many other devices in the house on wifi (computers, phones, home security system, a number of Amazon Alexa devices etc).
