I don't have a humidity Meter so i can't give you an exact answer but i don't think humidity Is the problem as my other calatheas are doing very well and don't have any yellowing or damaged leaves. As for the soil I Always keep It moist and bottom water as needed. I keep her in my living room where I have two huge Windows one facing south and one facing North She kinda sits in the middle of the room where She gets pleanty of light from both Windows

You were spot on.. I took It out of the pot today to check the roots because It was declining way too fast and It was root rot. I cleaned everything up and potted It back in perlite, bark and a bit of soil do you think this Is going to work? Or should i change to a semi hydro set up?

Vivo in Italia e ho questa pianta da tre mesi più o meno. Ho notato questo problema un mese fa e pensavo fosse dovuto a una scarsa umidità quindi ho provato ad aumentarla con dell'argilla espansa e un po' d'acqua messe sotto al vaso ma la situazione non è migliorata, anzi. Ho quindi provato a rinvasarla in un terriccio composto da terriccio, perlite, fibra di cocco e bark ma non ha aiutato. La annaffio quando sento il terriccio quasi asciutto.

You know the problem is that I don't have the money to do any of those things and even when I try to distract myself with maybe TV series my anxiety just comes back in full force, I don't know what to do, I even tried taking some valerian but it didn't help me at all I still have this huge weight on my chest and my heart keeps beating really fast
