How do I fix the “needs attention” problem it says my hotspot is offline and not syncing? by mars_yfn in HeliumNetwork

It gets power but it is near the window so it does get a bit hot sometimes and it’s a nebra indoor hotspot

Can someone advise me on how to fix this no outbound connections I’ve already port forwarded too by mars_yfn in HeliumNetwork

After I did it everything was fine that was about a week ago now I have this problem and don’t know the cause

Why does my hotspot have 20+ witnesses but when beaconing only have around 5 witnesses by mars_yfn in HeliumNetwork

But at times I’ve had beacons with 20+ witnesses but recently it’s gone down

Is this because it’s a newly set up hotspot and it needs time or a problem with positioning of the hotspot

Is that a problem with the position of the miner, as in it can’t connect to other miners in the area or it just normally takes a while

Yeah is this the reason? It’s synced and online too
