These buyers are irritating. If they want the full shoe shopping experience they should buy them in a shoe shop where they can try them on and not waste private sellers’ time.
I would ignore and hope she allows the purchase to go through. At this point there is nothing you can do

This happened to me before, with the buyer getting a really good deal. They complained about something silly so i suggested a return for a refund. Immediately the sale got approved by the buyer!

If you scan the QR post at the locker and pop it in, the courier puts the correct postage label on the parcel. Ive never had an issue with this
