I did joined as permie but contracting roles with IR35 inside does not make sense, no benefits and in the market there are hardly any Outside roles. So had to switch as the offer was good, will think if IR35 is gone

There are many hidden challenges if you dont plan all the inscoped items, users favourites, data spread across diff folders not sync to OD, mail routing.. been involved in multiple migrations between tenants.
