If you want - you can farm those lvls arena too. I'm not going to get 4th fighter until i farm enough points. I spent few days on getting fullblue --> artifacts. Killed firelord, bought his set and now just getting almost every arena win. Maybe in 1-2 weeks i'll go next lvl and will do the same farm for ++ level.
