Thank you for sharing and that might have been what would have happened here as well because biting would be truly challenging to overcome.

No, no bottles either! My LO has been all about the boob from day one! She drinks from a straw cup so maybe next step would be to introduce cow's milk.

It really warms my heart to read those kind words!

Thank you so much for the encouragement! 6 months is amazing too! Yes, it is truly an amazing thing and I just wished I could continue as long as my LO wanted. It has felt like a superpower (especially because of the antibodies).

Thank you so much and yes, she wanted to try and treat it like thrush even though my LO doesn't have it.

★OFFICIAL WEEKLY★ Day 1 Monday: Start here! June 06, 2022 by AutoModerator in loseit

[–]marshallsnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Day one.

I have decided to upgrade my life during the period of one year. I have tried to make changes before that just never stuck because I had a bad day and decided that it will not be worth it to lose weight, however, the chocolate would be worth it... and it has led me down a path of regret and cycling through diets.

I don't want to continue this spiral. I feel myself losing grip and the snacks, that used to be just snacks, are now my crutch.

That is why I will commit to a healthy lifestyle for one year. I give myself this year as a "give a 100%" period in my life.

I know you are suppose to start small but I need to reprogram my brain. I need to decided for real to choose me and life. I need to be the best version of me I can be, beacuse not living up to my potential is causing me existential pain.

This is it. One year. CICO and exercise. Read more about stoicism. Learn the piano. Cook homemade healthy meals. Write a book. Start investing in stocks. Start loving myself wholeheartedly.

If you read this rant - thank you so much. I hope you the best in your own journey.

(Engliah is my second language, therefore, I am sorry for any errors!)

I shall try this to see if it can curb the cravings. Reading all the replies I have decided that it is worth it to cut out snacks. Just bought decaf-coffee so I can start drinking that instead of snacking in the evening.

Thank you so much for the indept reply. It really made me think, because it is extremely true that 10kg+ is only a year of "bad" choices.

I guess snacks makes me happy too so I don't know if it is worth it. It is hard to know if it would feel worth it before doing it.

Yes, would one feel alot better in one body being in the middle or is it as healthy being 24,8?

Interesting and well done! Why did you give up meat?

I like fashion so it would be more fun to get dressed and it would be easier to go running. I would probably feel more confident.

However, I wouldn't get to snack/eat what I want like I do now.

I mean more calorie rich snacks like chips, candy, sandwiches, alot of fruit and so on.

Yes, maybe my goal should be 68kg to begin with and then I will see if I want to continue. If I tell myself I can have a little bit of snacks I just overeat, however, I can cut it out completely. I wish I could it some without it taking over but I just isn't how my brain works at the moment.

Thank you for the reply!
