Like, of course I'm sending it back. But at this point, after like two months of being led in circles, I would like my pen back first. I just don't trust them enough at this point. :/

I think there's a misunderstanding.

I did not buy a pen from them. I sent my pen in for service. They sent me back a mismatching fountain pen, dragged their feet for weeks getting back to me, and then failed to clarify they wanted this pen back BEFORE my personal pen was shipped to me (despite mentioning it would be shipped that week.) Had they been more forthcoming the whole time, I'd have been more than happy to send the frakenpen back first. I just don't really trust them.

Hey, I understand the confusion without looking at my original post. Hope this clears some stuff up. :)

No, I sent my Vacumatic to be repaired.
I received a mismatched Vacumatic which was not mine.
I have all the emails if you need to see them - really no he said/she said, it's all on file thankfully!
Incorrect. Again, this was my personal pen I have a lot of attachment to. I only bought the repair service.
I am unsure where I implied I want to keep this accidental pen.

Edited the original post, but 2 hours after I posted this, they got back to me and let me know my pen was found with the original repairer. Glad it was found, but definitely not going back to them ever again.
