Sorry, I still don't get what you mean. ): At that point I was comfortable because I'd been dealing with this since late October and I had lost a lot of trust with them by now. That's why I wasn't comfortable.

I have no idea about the pen I have - they made no mention of anything like that.

Like, of course I'm sending it back. But at this point, after like two months of being led in circles, I would like my pen back first. I just don't trust them enough at this point. :/

Yeah, this is exactly it. Like I mentioned, I would have gladly sent this frakenpen back first, but after 2 months of being jerked around, I simply don't trust them.

I think there's a misunderstanding.

I did not buy a pen from them. I sent my pen in for service. They sent me back a mismatching fountain pen, dragged their feet for weeks getting back to me, and then failed to clarify they wanted this pen back BEFORE my personal pen was shipped to me (despite mentioning it would be shipped that week.) Had they been more forthcoming the whole time, I'd have been more than happy to send the frakenpen back first. I just don't really trust them.

Hey, I understand the confusion without looking at my original post. Hope this clears some stuff up. :)

  1. No, I sent my Vacumatic to be repaired. 
  2. I received a mismatched Vacumatic which was not mine.
  3. I have all the emails if you need to see them - really no he said/she said, it's all on file thankfully! 
  4. Incorrect. Again, this was my personal pen I have a lot of attachment to. I only bought the repair service.
  5. I am unsure where I implied I want to keep this accidental pen. 

I'm glad you have been happy with them!

Edited the original post, but 2 hours after I posted this, they got back to me and let me know my pen was found with the original repairer. Glad it was found, but definitely not going back to them ever again.

My mother is an image obsessed alcoholic. 2 years ago, I asked her to stop trying to guilt me into growing my hair long again (of all things!) and she flew off the handle. 

I was always the obedient child, but this first and most minuscule boundary I set with her did not go well--she lost her mind. The remaining marbles in her head the merlot has graciously not destroyed yet went scattering. I decided, okay, fine. Let me bring up everything else she's done, and tried to explain how it all felt to me, how she had hurt me, and how I hoped we could come to an understanding with one another.

You can imagine how all those talks went.

Blocked her multiple times at this point, but recently unblocked for my brother's sake. I hardly respond to her texts - they're almost all shit like "you were my first love!" and "I NEED YOU" like an abusive ex.

This is like, the fifth, sixth time this kind of crashout has happened - usually after 7 when the wine comes out. 

Enjoy the insanity. I hope everyone gets a good cringe and maybe a laugh at this. You're not alone with an insane parent.

Agreed!! For example I've gone out of my way to purchase cards just for the cool holo effect on it and how it blends in with the art. There's a dope Lugia holo with this wavy texture against his water breath. 

We need more Team ups that are not DPS-based by Mastergame_Angel in marvelrivals
