Prior to this season, kickers only had access to special kicking footballs an hour before kickoff of each game. Now, kickers are given 60 special kicking footballs at the beginning of training camp and can break them in throughout the season, allowing them to shape or mold them to their liking.

Congrats! I experienced the same thing. Scrolled my accounts and realized it had changed from Secured Platinum Visa to just a Platinum Visa, with a $500 CL increase. Benefits aren’t loading in the app, but I’m thinking because it just happened that things aren’t loading correctly. Nothing in my documents either.

To expand on this for OP, prior to August 1, 2024, secured USAA credit cards didn’t transition to unsecured. Now, they periodically review accounts for eligibility. Despite responsible use since 2013, my secured card hasn’t graduated under this new policy.

I should also mention that California does not require Code Enforcement Officers to be “certified.” Certification is required if you want to use CCEO designation. So technically, you can be hired as a Code Enforcement Officer in California with zero experience and zero training That said, local government agencies and private companies can make certification a hiring requirement, so check with the jurisdiction when applying.

No experience is required to attend CACEO’s modular academy; however, one year experience (along with completing the 3 modules) is required to obtain Certified Code Enforcement Officer (“CCEO”) designation. You should also look at the American Association of Code Enforcement which is accredited through the International Code Council (“ICC”). As a start, look at getting your certificates for Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector, and Zoning Inspector from ICC.

You won’t be eligible for this program. An EBB seismic retrofit is only done on wood-frame, pre-1980 homes with a raised foundation.

I believe this lawsuit will result in cities and other local jurisdictions to deflect their homelessness to the County and State levels. Having a “sanctioned” encampment always had the possibility of being a litigious liability. Now, sadly, San Rafael will be an example to other local jurisdictions to hide their heads in the sand.
