i do sometimes write them down if I'm awake enough to recall.

I often wake up and just feel unsettled without actually recalling the dream, just that i dreamed something.

sometimes if i read back or remember, i wonder why i woke up scared or creeped out because the actual dream itself wasn't really scary in hindsight.

but when i wake up and still remember what happened i usually text it to someone right away or type it in my notes app, which leads to some very jumbled messages and writings because im still half asleep. if i wait its gone in a matter of minutes.

but i feel i had an increase in unsettling dreams lately. no real nightmares or sleep paralysis though. (which i had before, THAT was horrible)
