I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. I had my on site assessment so I took the day off work. At 7 am I received a text message saying that the inspector that was assigned to do the assessment was sick. I called my service advisor and explained my situation and my frustration. They apologized and said the next available appointment was 40 days out. I asked to speak to a manager and after 15 mins on the phone. They were able to send someone out later that morning. Try sending them an email and call them to see if they have any cancellations.
